Crathes Campsite

The campsite is located on the main drive to the castle, within the castle estate. It is suitable for small or large groups for day/evening events as well as camps.

The entire campsite is surrounded by woodland & fields with a fence around the perimeter, the area is peaceful and secluded.

 

There is a permanent, wooden hut ‘Tigh-Na-Coille’ on site comprising of a tent store, kitchen and toilet block. The kitchen is equipped with an electric cooker, fridge/freezer and sink. There are four flushing toilets, four basins and one shower. Extra toilet tents/chemical toilets are also available.

 

There is a campfire circle located at the bottom of the field and two outdoor taps around the perimeter.
